GENERAL QUESTIONS:
Q. How often do I have to use the X5 to see benefits?

Q. What physical action is required to use the X5?
A. The X5 should be used with a step technique. The step technique involves starting at the front of the hairline, holding the X5 in place, waiting about 15-20 seconds and then advancing back an inch. This method should be completed until the whole scalp has been covered at least once.

Q. Are there any age restrictions on using the X5?
A. No. We have seen users from 18 to over 80 use the product and be equally satisfied with their results. If you are below 18 we don't recommend using the X5 without seeking the advice of your doctor.

Q. I use Propecia and/or Minoxidil (Rogaine). Can I still use the X5 with these products?
A. Absolutely. Propecia and Minoxidil are both drug based products that work systemically to help hair loss. Since the X5 does not interact with the body on a systemic level, there are no contraindications for either Propecia or Minoxidil.

Q. I use a special shampoo and/or conditioner, is the X5 still safe for use?
A. Yes. Actually, we find that many people who are losing their hair actually use certain types of shampoos and or conditioners to help with other scalp conditions. This is completely normal and will not affect the use of your X5.
